Customer Experience Representative

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Experience Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to prospects with the aim of introducing our skincare products.

  • Engage in effective communication to highlight the value proposition of our products.
  • Work towards achieving sales targets through telephonic selling.
  • Employ consultative selling techniques to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Build long-lasting relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide timely information.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings and effectively communicate their features and benefits.

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is also essential.
