Job Title: Conversational AI Specialist

Are you a seasoned expert in conversational AI with hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and deploying Lex V2 bots? We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the design and deployment of conversational AI experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create intents, utterances, and slots for production-grade Lex bots.
  • Set up multi-turn conversations and manage session attributes, context control, and fallback strategies.
  • Lead the migration of existing bots or workflows from other platforms into Lex V2.
  • Configure Amazon Lex Knowledge Bases and manage dynamic document sources.
  • Handle Lex bot versioning, aliasing, and promotion across environments.
  • Leverage native integrations with Lambda, Connect, and Cognito to deliver advanced conversational flows.
Requirements:
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Amazon Lex V2.
  • Custom intent and slot configuration.
  • Multi-turn conversations and context management.
  • Fallback and clarification handling.
  • Strong understanding of Lex console and API interfaces.
