Key Responsibilities
  • Design the architecture of AI Agent platforms, focusing on cost-efficiency and alignment with the company's overall vision.
  • Implement major product features, making key technical decisions and maintaining high-quality code.
  • Own the delivery timeline, coordinating complete product development and managing a team of engineers.
  • Plan and scale infrastructure for product releases, ensuring seamless deployment and high-quality outcomes.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of architecting and scaling AI Agent platforms with measurable adoption.
  • Strong knowledge of RAG pipelines (retrieval optimization, reranking, chunking, knowledge graphs).
  • Deep experience with conversational AI systems and evaluation frameworks.
  • Record of scaling services to 200K+ MAUs or equivalent scale.
  • 4+ years of engineering experience, demonstrating leadership in technical decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
