We are looking for a seasoned IVR Tester to join our team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience writing and executing IVR test cases within the Healthcare industry for conversational AI platforms.

  • Create, execute and automate complex functional and regression test scenarios to avoid defects.
  • Ensure thorough test coverage and execution of test cases that exercise critical inter-system integration points.
  • This role involves initiatives of high complexity, risk and visibility; handling multiple initiatives simultaneously and providing feedback on QA procedures.
  • Review requirements, technical design and specifications through user story refinement sessions.
  • Plan tests including test plans, test data requirements, test scenarios, test cases, test results and strategy reports based on user stories and business requirements.
  • Conduct manual and automated testing.
  • Strong understanding of defect workflows and agile methodologies.
  • Identify and document all defects and customer experience concerns.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years in software quality assurance with experience creating test plans, tracking defects and reporting status.
  • Experience testing omni-channel NLP, conversational AI and cognitive solutions.
  • Proficiency in Python, Java or JavaScript for test automation.
  • Knowledge and experience testing software applications within the healthcare industry.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with text-to-speech and speech-to-text technologies.
  • Experience working in SAFe/agile environments.
  • Understanding of Rally project management tools.
  • Experience writing and executing IVR test cases.
