As a Data Conversion Specialist Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring data integrity and seamless transition from legacy systems to our new platform.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting comprehensive data analysis, conversion, migration, and cleaning from multiple source systems.
  • Creating Essential Implementation Blueprints (EIBs) and Advanced Loads to convert and validate data into the Workday system.
  • Identifying anomalies in data and rectifying conversion errors through meticulous troubleshooting.
  • Developing and utilizing data mapping tools to support conversion efforts and enhance process efficiency.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional project teams and stakeholders to meet project milestones and drive business outcomes.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field of study.
  • Active HCM Workday certification or Data Conversion Certified (Optional), demonstrating expertise in data conversion methodologies and best practices.
  • Proven experience as a Data Conversion Specialist or in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities, keen attention to detail, and excellent analytical skills.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines effectively.
