Marketing Automation Professional

Grazitti Interactive is seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to join their team. As a key member, you will be responsible for building, testing, and deploying internal email campaigns, creating and managing Marketo programs, and maintaining internal distribution lists and audience segmentation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create and manage internal email campaigns, newsletters, event invites, and marketing emails.
- BUILD market-driven smart campaigns, flow steps, forms, segmentation, and tokens.
- Deliver on-time results of all internal campaigns with quality assurance.
- Maintain accurate internal distribution lists and audience segmentation using smart lists and dynamic content.
- Track lead scoring or engagement models (if applicable).
- Develop reusable assets, such as tokenized programs and templates.
- Stay up-to-date with UTM tracking and campaign analytics.
- Track internal campaign performance (open/click rates, engagement).
- Manage instance hygiene: de-duping, data field updates.
- Strong knowledge of smart campaigns, flow steps, forms, segmentation, and tokens.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email and landing page customization.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and integrations is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Staying current with the latest market trends and technologies is essential.
Nice to Have:
- Marketo Certified Expert.
- MS Excel skills.
This role requires 3-5 years of experience in marketing automation and strong understanding of Marketo's features and functionalities.
