Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to fill the role of Human Resource Management Development Manager.

About the Role:

This senior-level position is responsible for developing and implementing talent management strategies that drive business success. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to solidify the organization's people strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement talent management strategies that align with business goals and objectives
  • Engage with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to solidify the organization's people strategies
  • Deliver existing development offers and define new initiatives to address business needs
  • Partner with corporate office to build an integrated development roadmap
  • Play an active role in global functional communities to drive global alignment on relevant topics
  • Guide regions and branches in local implementation of global/continental management development
  • Advise regional and functional managers on local management development initiatives
  • Develop templates and maintain records/database/library to support planning and execution of projects
  • Produce management reports and presentations on regional level
  • Deliver various HR services for Asia Pacific office
  • Provide prompt support for ad-hoc projects/requests from global or regional level

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Management or Human Resources required
  • Candidates with Master's degree in Human Resource Management and Industrial Psychology, Social Sciences preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in talent management and organizational development in a multinational company
  • Good exposure to general HR practices through serving as HR generalist a plus
  • Solid conceptual knowledge and practical skills in competency-based HR management and talent management
