At TCS, we are seeking a detail-oriented Exit Interview Specialist to join our team in Mumbai.

About the Role:
  • This is a critical position that plays a key role in managing the exit process of employees.
  • The successful candidate will conduct structured interviews, gather feedback, and provide insights to improve retention and workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming requests through group mailboxes and SharePoint tools.
  • Conduct unbiased exit interviews with departing employees, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on exceptional scenarios and prepare reports of all transactions processed.
  • Maintain knowledge of SLAs and ensure adherence to them.
  • Present data in a logical manner and possess strong client-facing skills.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in exit interview processes.
  • Strong communication and listening skills are essential for this role.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in handling pilot transitions and knowledge transfer is highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and demonstrate a high level of efficiency and effectiveness in their work.
