The role of Human Resource Business Partner is vital in driving employee engagement, retention, and overall business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Support: Resolve employee queries and concerns efficiently, track the resolution within agreed timelines, and communicate outcomes to employees.
  • Ensure strict compliance with labor laws and organizational policies, maintaining a strong understanding of regulations and their impact on the organization.
  • Culture Enhancement: Implement and enforce the Discipline Policy and Code of Conduct across the organization, promoting a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Maintain an attrition rate of 5% or below through effective engagement and retention strategies, analyzing trends and proposing corrective actions.
  • Engagement Initiatives: Drive employee engagement initiatives through collaboration with cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of open communication and feedback.
  • Facilitate engagement action planning, record minutes, action points, and responses, and track the progress, ensuring timely communication of closures.
  • Ensure timely sign-offs of KRAs (Key Result Areas) from new employees and during role changes, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Performance Management: Coordinate and ensure the completion of half-year and annual performance appraisals, providing constructive feedback and coaching to employees.
  • Monitor and ensure adherence to training plans and performance improvement initiatives, identifying areas for growth and development.
  • Exit Interviews: Conduct exit interviews and collect data to analyze employee turnover trends and propose corrective actions, focusing on employee retention and satisfaction.
  • Work on branding and intelligence initiatives to boost employer brand presence, showcasing the organization's values and mission.
  • Collaborate with business partners to ensure policies and procedures are followed across teams and departments, promoting consistency and cohesion.
