About the Role

We are seeking a strategic Community Engagement Specialist to build and nurture a thriving long-term community and social media presence.

This role is crucial for maintaining our industry leadership by engaging with professionals and identifying future leaders.

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to build, grow, and engage a vibrant online and offline community, fostering a sense of belonging and loyalty.

  • Develop and execute community building and engagement strategies to promote brand awareness and drive community growth.
  • Curate and create engaging content relevant to the community, and actively moderate discussions to ensure a positive and constructive environment.
  • Plan, organize, promote, and execute a series of engaging online events (e.g., webinars, workshops, virtual conferences).
  • Manage all aspects from concept to post-event analysis, including speaker coordination and logistics.
  • Analyze market trends and community insights to identify new market opportunities, and develop and implement Go-To-Market strategies specifically tailored for online events marketing.
  • Collect and analyze community feedback, providing insights to internal teams for product/service improvement.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • Proven 3+ years experience in community management, social media management, and online event management.
  • Demonstrable success in building and engaging online communities.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
