Senior Payroll Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee end-to-end payroll management for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate monthly payroll processing for all employees.
  • Validate and reconcile inputs such as attendance, leave records, new joiners, exits, salary revisions, and variable pay.
  • Maintain full compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees on payroll-related matters.
  • Develop and maintain payroll reports and analytics for management review.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes in labor laws and regulations.

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Human Resources.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in payroll management, preferably in India.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and software.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ability to apply advanced formulas and reconciliations.
  • Familiarity with income tax and statutory compliance.

Behavioural Skills:

  • Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
