SAP HCM Expert Required

Established IT service providers seek a skilled SAP HCM professional to optimize their operational efficiency.

Job Summary:

  • Configure and support SAP Payroll, including schema setup, rule definitions, wage type management, and payroll result processing.
  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processes, encompassing payroll runs, simulations, posting to finance, and year-end activities.
  • Integrate payroll with SAP FI, Time Management, and external tools.
  • Manage off-cycle payroll, retroactive accounting, and payroll data uploads.
  • Collaborate with Time Management and PA/OM teams to ensure seamless upstream data flow.
  • Conduct testing, validation, and payroll reconciliation across systems.
  • Support interface development and mapping for inbound/outbound data exchange with external systems.
  • Maintain accurate documentation: functional specs, test cases, SOPs, payroll calendars.
  • Assist in payroll issue resolution, audits, and compliance reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll, with at least 2 full-cycle implementations.
  • Expertise in payroll schemas, rules, infotypes, and RT/TCRT tables.
