Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Human Capital Management (HCM) consultant with a strong track record of delivering excellence in HCM modules. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience and up to 18 years' experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert-level support for Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruitment Cloud, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, Security, Benefit and HR Help Desk modules.
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations & Extensions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and implement effective solutions.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of SQL, data migration, and customization techniques.
  • Ensure excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and manage projects.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Technical/Functional or Techno Functional Consultant role.
  • Strong expertise in HCM modules, including Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent Management, Recruitment Cloud, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, Security, Benefit and HR Help Desk.
  • Hands-on experience working on Fusion and exposure to EBS.
  • Experience in writing/debugging Oracle HCM Absence, Compensation, Payroll HCM Extracts Fast Formula.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to provide strong leadership to develop best practices for effective techno-functional support.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Early joiners preferable.
