Job Title: Workday HCM Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Workday HCM specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring and maintaining the Workday HCM system, collaborating with HR and IT teams to gather system requirements, implementing new Workday modules and features, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and standards.

About the Role:

  • Configure and maintain the Workday HCM system to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather system requirements and provide input on system design.
  • Implement new Workday modules and features to improve system functionality and user experience.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and standards by conducting regular audits and updates.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in Workday HCM configuration and implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday HCM modules and features.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
