Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Workday Time Tracking implementation project. The successful candidate will contribute throughout the entire project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing support.

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to plan, organize, and govern the project setup.
  • Conduct workshops to identify, analyze, and specify time tracking requirements, ensuring seamless integration with business processes.
  • Draft detailed functional specifications and configure the Workday Time Tracking module, leveraging hands-on experience in system configuration and testing.
  • Monitor progress, ensure alignment with business needs, and define effective testing scenarios to validate time tracking solutions.
  • Support deployment, provide user assistance during transition, and deliver comprehensive training sessions to users.
  • Collaborate with HR, payroll, and other stakeholders to create and maintain thorough documentation for configurations and processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Workday Time Tracking projects, including implementation, support, or migration.
  • Hands-on experience in configuring and supporting the Workday Time Tracking module.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, particularly in time tracking, attendance policies, and compliance.
  • Experience in system configuration, testing, and user training within Workday.
  • Workday Time Tracking certification is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in diverse and dynamic environments.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
