
Channel Partnership Development Expert

The ideal candidate for this role will have 2+ years of experience in sales and sourcing, with a strong background in identifying and partnering with potential channel partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner Identification: Research and identify potential channel partners that align with our business strategy.
- Outreach and Engagement: Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage prospective partners, including cold outreach, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to ensure alignment and mutual benefit. Act as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries and support.
- Negotiation: Lead negotiations with potential partners, ensuring favourable terms that align with company goals.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities for partnership.
- On boarding: Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate the on boarding process for new partners, including training, resources, and support.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse the performance of channel partners, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners. They will also have a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, with the ability to develop and execute effective outreach strategies.
