Food and Beverage Operations Manager


Roles & Responsibilities:


The Role of a Food and Beverage Operations Manager is to oversee the overall food service operations, manage staff, and implement policies and procedures to maintain high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Menu Planning and Development: Create nutritious and appealing menus for patients, staff, and visitors while accommodating special dietary needs and preferences.
  • Food Procurement and Inventory Management: Oversee the procurement of food and beverages, manage inventory levels to minimize waste and ensure freshness, and establish relationships with suppliers.
  • Kitchen and Dining Area Management: Work closely with kitchen and dining area staff to ensure efficient and hygienic food preparation, storage, and service, enforcing proper sanitation and safety protocols.
  • Staff Training and Supervision: Lead a team of F&B staff, providing training, guidance, and support to deliver exceptional service.
  • Customer Service and Satisfaction: Monitor customer feedback, address concerns or complaints in a timely and effective manner, and maintain a hospitable and professional environment.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all food service operations comply with regulatory standards and maintain accurate records and produce reports as needed.
