Food and Beverage Manager Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced professional to oversee all aspects of our food and beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of colleagues across various outlets, including restaurants, bars, and banquet facilities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue through effective menu planning, inventory management, and customer engagement.
  • Oversight of daily operations to ensure smooth collaboration between different F&B departments, maintaining high-quality standards and exceptional customer service.
  • Manage budgets and control costs while optimizing profitability and quality standards in alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Conduct regular staff training and development programs to improve service quality and efficiency.
  • Enforce health, safety, and hygiene regulations in all F&B areas, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to create and update menus that align with customer preferences and market demands.
  • Handle customer feedback and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field, with minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a similarly sized F&B operation. Strong understanding of commercial aspects of managing F&B operations, demonstrated ability to switch seamlessly between different outlets, and excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations are essential.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a similarly sized F&B operation.
  • Strong understanding of commercial aspects of managing F&B operations.
  • Ability to switch seamlessly between different outlets.
  • Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
