We are seeking a skilled Client Support Specialist to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our solutions.

This role requires a mix of strong communication, technical problem-solving, and customer relationship management skills. The ideal candidate is empathetic, detail-oriented, and thrives on helping clients succeed while representing their needs internally.

Requirements\
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- ~2+ years of experience in client support, technical support, or customer success, preferably in SaaS, AI, or enterprise technology.\
- Strong understanding of enterprise software and ability to learn technical details quickly.\

- Familiarity with CRM, ticketing, or support platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot).\
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment.\
