Post-Sales Manager Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to ensure seamless client onboarding, delivery, and long-term relationship management. This experienced Post-Sales Manager will act as the bridge between sales, delivery, and clients—ensuring customer success, retention, and growth through effective communication, proactive issue resolution, and strategic account planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customized account plans to drive business growth and customer satisfaction by analyzing performance data and providing actionable insights.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and preferences through active listening and regular business reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, delivery, and marketing, to ensure alignment and effective communication, resulting in improved customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and mitigate potential issues proactively, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a post-sales or account management role, preferably with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential issues.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
