We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced High-Level IT Support Specialist - Service Desk & Infrastructure to join our team at HyrEzy Talent Solutions in Bangalore. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch IT services to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of their local end-to-end networks and IT infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, with at least 3+ years of experience as a Level 2 Help Desk Technician, System Administrator, or similar role. You will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Your expertise in ITSM systems, such as JIRA or ServiceNow, would be an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced IT support to clients, including resolving complex technical issues ranging from PCs, laptops, tablets, networking, and printers.
  • Install software and printers, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of knowledge base articles, enhancing the overall quality of our technical documentation.
  • Offer training on Microsoft productivity applications, empowering clients to maximize their usage and efficiency.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and team members, ensuring clear understanding and prompt resolution of issues.
  • Ensure the operation of local IT infrastructure, including servers, switches, routers, and other hardware.
  • Collaborate with the team to procure IT hardware and software, aligning with our clients' needs and budget.
  • Promote adherence to IT policies and standards, maintaining confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all systems.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in Information Technology or equivalent mix of training, certification, and experience.
  • Industry certifications in IT, networking, and/or security would be an asset.
  • At least 3+ years of experience as a Level 2 Help Desk Technician, System Administrator, or similar role.
  • Experience with IT support ticketing systems, such as JIRA SM or ServiceNow.
  • Expertise in operating systems, including Windows, MAC, and Linux.
  • Familiarity with mobile support, including Android and iPhone.
  • PowerShell experience would be an asset.
  • User administration functions, including Microsoft SharePoint and Office 365, would be an asset.
  • Experience with G-suite, Azure Cloud, and/or AWS would be an asset.
  • Customer support experience would be an asset.
