Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage hostel day-to-day operations, including accommodations, maintenance, housekeeping, and catering.
  • Ensure compliance with university policies and procedures.
  • Maintain updated records of hostel occupancy and monitor infrastructure issues.
  • Oversee hygienic conditions and proper functioning of hostel facilities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve student satisfaction and well-being.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Management, Social Sciences, Education).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hostel administration or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle emergencies and conflicts effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and record-keeping software.
