
Training Development Specialist

Job Role:
- Lead the development and implementation of training programs to enhance organizational capabilities.
- Strengthen internal processes for effective communication, needs identification, and facilitator management.
- Identify opportunities for ongoing process improvements and drive team implementation.
- Design and deliver high-quality training programs that meet business objectives.
- Ensure timely delivery of batches and conduct thorough Training Needs Analysis.
- Develop and maintain Training Metrics and Performance Dashboards.
- Contribute to content development and knowledge management initiatives.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training interventions and lead improvement projects.
- Collaborate with senior staff to address training needs and plan continued improvement programs.
- Deliver TTT programs for trainers and supervisors, and design leadership training courses.
- Work strategically with the L&D team to identify and share best-in-class learning solutions.
- Maintain and enhance training policies and procedures.
- Participate in staff recruitment interviews and contribute to domain hiring tests.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in RCM domain.
- Extensive knowledge of the RCM industry.
- Strong leadership skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with process improvement programs like Six Sigma or Kaizen.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts.
