Main Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract high-calibre candidates.
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes, shortlist applicants, and ensure a seamless interview process.
  • Interview Coordination: Manage interviews, gather feedback, and facilitate smooth hiring decisions.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a strong pool of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Employer Branding: Enhance our company's reputation by creating a positive candidate experience and boosting visibility in the job market.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR operations.
  • Prior experience in hiring sales professionals (Business Development Associates) is an asset.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, talent acquisition, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent English communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
  • The ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
