This key position involves:
- Product Knowledge:
- A thorough understanding of EB product offerings
- Claims advocacy and servicing proficiency
- Insurers, their strengths, and weaknesses
- Research Oriented:
- Data mining and business opportunity identification
- Gap analysis for large proposals
- Quotes comparison reports and client insights
- Key Stakeholder Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with insurance companies' stakeholders
- Regular visits to ensure continuous engagement
- Audit, MIS & Reporting:
- Database entry for RFQs and proposal details
- Report generation for analysis (TAT adherence, Hit Ratio Analysis)
- Share status updates and resolve auditor queries
- 5-8 years of experience in the insurance industry
- CORP/BS provider from a service background
- Diverse client cultures management (Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation, PSU clients)
- MBA from a reputable B-School
- Proven leadership skills (elected leader in community, school & college)
