Business Development Ambassador

Vidysea Education Pvt. Ltd., a pioneering AI-driven platform, is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in Andhra Pradesh.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing qualified student applicants from the region who are interested in pursuing their studies abroad. This role requires strong contacts with Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) to ensure a steady flow of leads and facilitate education loan processing for prospective students.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional proficient in local languages such as Telugu, Tamil, and Kannada. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in establishing and nurturing relationships with educational institutions, DSAs, and other stakeholders to enhance lead generation efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Sourcing: Utilize existing contacts and develop new relationships within the education sector to source qualified student applicants.
- Maintain a network of DSAs who can provide a shortlist of students interested in studying abroad.
- Networking: Establish and nurture relationships with educational institutions, DSAs, and other stakeholders to enhance lead generation efforts.
- Student Support: Assist students in understanding the admission process, documentation requirements, and education loan procedures for studying abroad.
- Loan Processing: Leverage proven experience in processing education loans, preferably for study abroad, to assist students in securing financial support.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any field; a background in sales or education and counseling is preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in education consultancy or related fields. Established network of DSAs with the ability to provide leads for students interested in studying abroad. Experience in processing education loans for study abroad is highly desirable.
- Language Skills: Strong proficiency in the local language, specifically Telugu, Tamil, and Kannada, is essential. Proficiency in English is preferred for effective communication with international partners.
- Skillset: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities. Self-motivated and target-oriented with a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.
