About us:
We are a youth casual-wear brand started in 2013. We operate one of India's largest online merchandising platforms with licenses like Disney, Warner Bros; WWE, IPL, Viacom18.
We offer a wide range of products including men and women wear apparel categories, activewear, supima products, innerwear, personal care products like perfumes, footwear, and kidswear.
Our business model is primarily online but we've expanded into the offline retail space with stores across Pan India.
We believe that people do their best work when they love what they do. Our team works smart, owns their work, and thinks like leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling marketplaces business for brands, preferably fashion
- Working knowledge of Myntra, Amazon, FK, Nykaa seller Panels and OMS - Univommerce/Vinculum/InCref
- Leading PnL calculation and converting this understanding to meaningful day-to-day decisions
- Leading a team of Ops and MIS personnel to drive business
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical skills and number crunching to make executive decisions
- Strong understanding of marketplace nuances and algorithms to scale business
- Strong negotiation skills
- Good written and verbal communication
- Strong internal stakeholder management
- Understanding of AI tools to aid marketplace business, SQL, Python, etc.
