Keyskills: Archer, Team mate, Technical Support

We are seeking a suitable candidate to provide technical application support and maintenance for the Teammate+ audit platform, with additional responsibilities supporting data integration and infrastructure remediation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform quarterly patching and coordinate business validation
  • Monitor and troubleshoot datafeeds between Teammate+ and Archer
  • Resolve ITRC break/fix tickets and perform root cause analysis
  • Provide day-to-day technical support for end users (login/access issues, role management)
  • Assist in planning for migration from End-of-Life infrastructure
  • Maintain support documentation and operational runbooks

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Hands-on experience with Teammate+ or similar audit platforms
  • Familiarity with data integration tools and basic SQL for troubleshooting
  • Experience supporting enterprise applications in a production environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across time zones
