Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement plans to boost online sales and drive traffic to the company website.
  • Sales Channel Management: Oversee online sales channels, including the website, mobile app, and social media platforms.
  • Sales Team Management: Recruit, train, and evaluate the performance of the sales team.
  • Sales Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze online sales performance and customer feedback.
  • Sales Forecasting: Develop sales forecasts based on market trends and online sales data.
  • Sales Reporting: Produce regular reports highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Sales Campaign Management: Create and manage online sales campaigns, promotions, and discounts.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key online partners and customers.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with online sales regulations.
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitor activities and pricing.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in ecommerce sales and marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
