About the Role:
We are looking for a customer service professional to deliver exceptional support to our clients, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective students to identify potential leads
- Evaluate and qualify leads based on interest and fit for our courses
- Build relationships with prospective students by providing valuable information on course details, benefits, and career opportunities
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to ensure seamless transition of qualified leads and smooth conversion into enrolled students
Requirements:
- 0.5–3 years of experience in customer service or pre-sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
