Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow CSM Specialist to join our team. As a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for configuring and customizing the ServiceNow CSM module, including workflows, UI actions, and business rules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and customize the ServiceNow CSM module, including workflows, UI actions, and business rules.
  • Build and manage client scripts, UI policies, pages, and ACLs.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party enterprise apps using SOAP & REST APIs.
  • Optimize Agent Workspace and configure Virtual Agent/Chat capabilities.
  • Drive Service Portal enhancements using NOW Experience UI Framework.
  • Support OpenFrame/CTI integrations and JMS technologies.
  • Ensure global compatibility via internationalization (i18n) configurations.
  • Lead and troubleshoot performance integrations with monitoring tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Strong command over ServiceNow CSM module and Service Portal.
    • Proficient in JavaScript, workflows, client/server scripts, and business rules.
    • Hands-on experience with API integrations (SOAP/REST).
    • Working knowledge of NOW Experience UI Framework, OpenFrame, JMS.
  • Professional Experience:
    • 1-2 years in a ServiceNow support or implementation role.
    • Familiarity with patching and upgrade processes.
  • Education & Certifications:
