We are hiring an experienced
ServiceNow Specialist
to design, develop, and integrate complex IT enterprise software solutions. This senior-level role involves driving technology strategy, leading large-scale development projects, and mentoring others while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead enterprise-level IT development and integration projects
  • Define and implement coding standards and best practices
  • Collaborate with leadership on long-term technology initiatives
  • Design proactive monitoring and automation solutions
  • Mentor and guide junior developers and team members
  • Drive continuous improvement in IT operations and processes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of IT enterprise software development experience
  • Strong ServiceNow expertise: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (HRSD/CSM/SPM a plus)
  • Hands-on experience with integrations (Jira, Workday, Oracle, REST APIs)
  • Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), Java, Python, SQL, and related technologies
  • Strong understanding of web technologies (REST, OAuth, DOM, Web Security)
  • Familiarity with AI capabilities in ServiceNow (NowAssist, GenAI)
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and mentoring skills

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, or related field
  • OR 12+ years of equivalent IT enterprise software development experience
