Job Title: ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Configuration Specialist to configure and customize our ServiceNow system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure ServiceNow to meet business requirements.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow, including Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD), Customer Service Management (CSM), Configuration Management Database (CMD), and IT Service Management (ITSM).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Pleasant attitude and a team player.

Bonus Points:

  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git.
