We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to fill the position of ServiceNow Implementation Tester and Lead.

This individual will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive test strategies, plans, and scripts for ServiceNow implementations across various modules.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive test strategies, plans, and scripts for ServiceNow implementations.
  • Leading functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing to ensure platform stability, performance, and compliance with business requirements.
  • Designing and automating test cases using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) and other automation tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborating with business analysts, developers, and architects to identify test scenarios, validate requirements, and ensure quality deliverables.
  • Tracking, documenting, and reporting defects while working closely with development teams and project leads to drive timely resolutions.

Deliver strategic objectives by supporting business performance through direct consulting against relevant quarterly and annual targets. Additionally, improve the quality of consulting through flawless delivery of transformation engagements and generate impact through front-end consulting engagements, deal pursuit, client relationships, and downstream opportunities.
