Ticketing Operations Manager
As a Ticketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing ticketing operations during evening and night hours. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in airline ticketing and travel services, strong knowledge of GDS systems, and the ability to handle client queries efficiently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage ticketing operations including booking, cancellation, rescheduling, and management of domestic and international tickets.
- Handle amendments, refunds, and re-issuances as per client requirements.
- Monitor and resolve ticketing-related issues promptly.
Additionally, you will be responsible for providing customer support via calls, emails, and chats during the night shift, assisting clients with queries related to fares, routing, and policies, and working on GDS platforms (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) for reservations and ticket issuance.
Required skills and qualifications include:
- Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in airline ticketing or travel services.
- Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre). Certification is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of fare rules, airline ticketing policies, and international routing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
