We have an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources Director to join our team.

This is a full-time onsite position located in Kochi with some work-from-home flexibility. As the Human Resources Director, you will oversee the HR department, develop and implement HR policies, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor and employment laws.

Responsibilities
  • Oversight of performance management processes
  • Handling recruitment and staffing strategies
  • Collaboration with senior management to align HR initiatives with business objectives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in Employee Relations and Performance Management
  • Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Talent sourcing and recruitment experience is a plus
  • At least 15 years of experience in the IT domain
