Strategic HR Leader

We are seeking a visionary Strategic HR Leader to drive our organization's growth and success. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to make a meaningful impact on our company culture, employee engagement, and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Align People Strategies with Business Objectives: Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement people strategies that support our organization's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Design and Implement People-First Initiatives: Develop and execute innovative HR programs that enhance our culture, engagement, and retention initiatives.
  3. Lead Employee Lifecycle: Deliver exceptional employee experiences from onboarding to alumni engagement, ensuring seamless transitions and continuous growth opportunities.
  4. Build Scalable Frameworks: Design and implement scalable frameworks for learning, mentorship, internal mobility, and succession planning that foster employee development and career progression.
  5. Drive Performance Management: Lead the implementation of modern performance management systems that promote ownership, recognition, and continuous improvement.
  6. Champion Inclusion and Transparency: Foster an inclusive and transparent work environment where employees feel valued, heard, and empowered to contribute their best work.
  7. Drive Organizational Transformation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational transformation and change management initiatives that deliver measurable results and business value.
  8. Measure HR Program Effectiveness: Leverage data-driven insights to evaluate and continuously improve HR program effectiveness, ensuring maximum ROI and impact.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, including strong exposure to HR business partnering at leadership level.
  • Proven success in implementing scalable HR strategies in high-growth organizations.
  • Strong expertise in employee engagement, organizational design, talent development, and succession planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor to leadership.
