Human Resources Manager

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring timely hiring to meet operational needs by leveraging effective sourcing strategies and HR workflows including attendance, leave, payroll coordination.
Employee Onboarding and Induction Programs
  • Oversee the smooth onboarding process, coordinating induction programs for new hires and ensuring compliance with company policies during onboarding, fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee engagement activities.
HR Operations Management, Payroll Administration
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies by implementing and monitoring performance appraisal systems, supporting managers in setting KPIs and employee development plans.
  • Identify training needs based on operational goals, coordinate training sessions and skill development programs, and track training effectiveness and employee progress, enhancing organizational capabilities.
Performance Management and Talent Development
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth by identifying training needs based on operational goals, planning employee engagement activities, and promoting employee development opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (labor laws, safety standards) and prepare regular HR reports for management review, maintaining confidentiality and ethical handling of employee data.
HR Policy Implementation and Compliance
  • Implement and update HR policies and procedures, communicating them effectively to all employees and monitoring adherence and recommending improvements to enhance business efficiency and productivity.
