Job Title: Strategic Operations Director

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished professional to lead our consulting and operations functions. This is a foundational leadership role where you'll manage teams, consult clients, and ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead consulting initiatives across service lines, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and maximum benefits for clients.
  • Oversee daily operations, guiding team members to achieve deadlines and maintain quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to convert client needs into deliverables and support business development.
  • Design and implement efficient processes, compliance monitoring, and client reporting systems.
  • Manage client interactions, audits, and consulting deliverables with complete ownership.
  • Mentor team members, set performance standards, and ensure operational discipline and professionalism.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in consulting, exports, GST, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions.
