Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to fill the position of Associate Director IT.

  • This role involves overseeing the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, and support of hardware and software based on our IT infrastructure strategy.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of enterprise IT operations and be able to develop configuration and monitoring standards for network performance. They will also analyze complex business needs presented by users and customers, recommend technical solutions, and develop plans for the implementation of new projects.

Key responsibilities include managing Innovation and IT staff, including recruitment, supervision, scheduling, development, evaluation, and disciplinary actions. The ideal candidate will possess strategic leadership skills, provide quality management, ethics, strategic thinking, organizational support, oral/written communication skills, cost consciousness, innovation, adaptability, and a service-oriented approach.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 12-15 years of experience managing and directing enterprise IT operations

  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to grasp new concepts quickly and adapt to changing circumstances
