Job Title: Center Operations Director

 

  • The primary responsibility of the Center Operations Director is to drive business growth and operational excellence at our IVF centers.

 

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop annual strategic plans in line with corporate objectives.
  2. Ensure achievement of financial and operational targets.
  3. Maintain close monitoring of revenue, profitability, and team performance against defined key result areas (KRAs).
  4. Lead initiatives for cost optimization and compliance.
  5. Oversee implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs), medical record management, and audit readiness.
  6. Serve as an escalation point for operational issues and ensure adherence to medico-legal requirements.
  7. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for brand visibility in local markets.
  8. Coordinate monthly financial reports with the corporate management information system (MIS) team.
  9. Drive metrics for patient satisfaction, retention, and conversion.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  1. Strong leadership and people management skills.
  2. Proven ability to achieve financial targets (Revenue, EBITDA, Contribution Margin).
  3. Customer satisfaction (NPS 90%) and retention focus.
  4. Excellent knowledge of compliance and medico-legal requirements.
  5. Process-driven with attention to detail.
