
HR Director Role

We are seeking an accomplished HR Professional to spearhead our unit's Human Resource function.
The successful candidate will collaborate with the leadership team to implement strategic HR initiatives that support business objectives, foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement programs, and partner with the Corporate HR department to drive talent development and recognition initiatives.
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Build a collaborative work environment through employee engagement initiatives and regular communication
- Promote performance management systems, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback mechanisms
- IDentify and develop high-potential employees through training and development programs
- Collaborate with Corporate HR to enhance employee competencies through individual development plans
- Promote recognition and reward programs for high-performing employees
- Lead talent acquisition and retention efforts for the unit
- Oversee onboarding and integration processes for new hires
- IDentify and address training needs within the unit
We are looking for a strong leader with:
- A graduate degree with an MBA in HR or related field
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in an HRBP role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven team leadership and collaboration skills
