Job Overview

As Senior Sales Executive at CoKarma, you will be responsible for driving sales and ensuring that clients' requirements are met by providing them with the most suitable space solutions. You will manage the entire sales process, from initial lead generation to closing deals, while building strong relationships with prospective clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation and Qualification: Identify and reach out to potential clients, such as entrepreneurs, startups, and small businesses. Qualify leads based on their workspace requirements, location, budget, and timeline. Categorize leads by their level of interest and readiness to sign up.
  • Consultative Selling: Engage in meaningful conversations to understand the lead's business needs and goals. Provide tailored recommendations for coworking plans and services that best meet their needs. Offer insights on how the coworking space can add value to their business.
  • Customization and Proposal Development: Develop customized proposals that align with the lead's specific requirements. Offer various membership options, including hot desks, dedicated desks, private cabins, and meeting rooms. Provide clear and detailed pricing information.
  • Follow-Up and Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with potential clients to keep them engaged. Provide additional information or answer any follow-up questions. Build and nurture long-term relationships with potential clients.
  • Closing and Onboarding: Encourage leads to sign up for membership. Liaison with the respective team to complete the necessary paperwork for clients and assist with the onboarding process.
  • CRM and Data Management: Record all interactions and updates in a customer relationship management (CRM) system. Track lead status, preferences, and follow-up actions. Use data to refine sales strategies and improve lead conversion rates. Gather feedback from leads and members to improve the sales process and offerings.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Work with marketing to refine lead generation strategies and campaigns. Coordinate with operations to ensure space availability and service quality. Communicate with community managers to align on community engagement efforts.

Requirements
  • Experience: 2 to 5+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably in coworking spaces, commercial real estate, or hospitality.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple leads and clients efficiently. Proficiency in CRM tools and sales pipeline management. Self-driven with a result-oriented mindset.

Location: Hyderabad. Job Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm.
