Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Growth Expert to drive sales and ensure client satisfaction by providing tailored workspace solutions. You will lead the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, while building strong relationships with potential clients and growing a team.

Main Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Qualification: Identify and engage with potential clients, such as entrepreneurs, startups, and small businesses. Qualify leads based on their workspace requirements, location, budget, and timeline. Categorize leads by their level of interest and readiness to sign up.

Consultative Selling: Engage in meaningful conversations to understand the lead's business needs and goals. Provide tailored recommendations for coworking plans and services that best meet their requirements. Offer insights on how the coworking space can add value to their business.

Customization and Proposal Development: Develop customized proposals that align with the lead's specific needs. Offer various membership options, including hot desks, dedicated desks, private cabins, and meeting rooms. Provide clear and detailed pricing information.

Follow-Up and Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with potential clients to keep them engaged. Provide additional information or answer follow-up questions. Build and nurture long-term relationships with potential clients.

  1. 5.
Closing and Onboarding: Encourage leads to sign up for membership. Liaise with the respective team for completing the necessary paperwork of clients, assisting with the onboarding process.

CRM and Data Management: Record all interactions and updates in a customer relationship management (CRM) system. Track lead status, preferences, and follow-up actions. Use data to refine sales strategies and improve lead conversion rates.

Collaboration with Teams: Work with marketing to refine lead generation strategies and campaigns. Coordinate with operations to ensure space availability and service quality. Communicate with community managers to align on community engagement efforts.

Client Visits & Space Tours: Facilitate client visits to CoKarma spaces when needed, ensuring a seamless experience. Provide in-person or virtual tours to showcase available spaces.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • • 2 to 5+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably in coworking spaces, commercial real estate, or hospitality.

  • • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • • Ability to manage multiple leads and clients efficiently.

  • • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales pipeline management.

  • • Self-driven with a result-oriented mindset.
