The Role

As a Digital Media Sales Expert, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. Key responsibilities include:

  • Client Acquisition: Identifying and prospecting high-potential clients interested in advertising or utilizing media services.
  • Sales Presentations: Delivering compelling sales pitches, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of media products or services.
  • Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiating terms, prices, and contracts with clients to secure sales and meet revenue targets.
  • Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Market Research: Staying updated with industry trends, market demands, and competitor analysis to tailor sales strategies effectively.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintaining accurate records, sales reports, and documentation of client interactions and sales activities.

Ideal Profile

  • Qualifications Education: A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Sales Experience: Fresher's welcome. Relevant experience in sales, particularly in media sales, advertising sales, or field sales roles.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with media platforms, advertising techniques, and market trends within the media and advertising industry.
  • Key Attributes:
    • Sales Skills: Strong sales acumen, persuasive communication, and negotiation skills to effectively sell media services or advertising space.
    • Customer Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain relationships, understand client needs, and provide tailored solutions.
    • Target-Driven: Results-oriented mindset, ability to work towards and achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
    • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions, client demands, and industry trends.
