Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead complex projects, supporting RFPs, solution demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts to showcase value proposition.
  • Provide expert guidance during the sales process, offering deep insights into solution value proposition, best practices, and ROI.
  • Guide clients through critical decision-making processes, advising on how to derive maximum value from proposed solutions.

Strategic Partnership:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, offering expertise in best practices and industry trends.
  • Identify opportunities for business transformation or operational optimization, proposing long-term growth strategies.
  • Advise on change management strategies and long-term solution scalability.

Collaborative Teamwork:

  • Work closely with Product, Technology, Research, and Content teams for seamless alignment on proposed solutions.
  • Provide essential client feedback to inform product and content roadmap.
  • Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams on account nurturing, farming, and retention strategy.

Marketing Strategies:

  • Collaborate with Customer Success team to create compelling case studies highlighting value delivered.
  • Communicate ROI delivered by solutions through representative scenarios.
  • Lead creation of industry-specific solution pitches to contextualize value proposition.
