Lead Business Finance and Planning

We are seeking an experienced business finance leader to join our team. As a Business Finance Lead, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

This is a unique opportunity to drive business growth and success by leveraging your exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining accurate financial models and forecasts
  • Providing strategic guidance on cost reduction initiatives
  • Collaborating with senior leaders to ensure alignment of company priorities with mission, vision, values, and direction
  • Leading business partnering support through data analysis and driving relationships across the organization
  • Analyzing actuals against budget and forecast
  • Delivering timely, detailed, and meaningful insights and visibility on business performance to stakeholders
  • Preparing regular MIS reports (PnL) with variance analysis
  • Managing working capital for the organization

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Master's degree in business administration in finance from a top-ranked business school or CA qualification
  • 10+ years of experience in managing a similar role
  • A clear understanding of sales and revenue drivers
