Senior Finance Leader

As a Senior Finance Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a team and ensuring their performance meets expectations.

  • Manage a team of members to achieve business objectives and resolve operational queries efficiently.
  • Understand complex accounting processes and learn from industry experts to enhance your knowledge.
  • Review monthly activities, including financial reporting and variance analysis, and collaborate with stakeholders to address any issues that arise.
  • Post entries in Oracle FCCS for high-value variances and review GL reconciliations in detail to ensure accuracy.
  • Effectively communicate with global Controllers to resolve data queries and other issues.
  • Handle inquiries from audit and tax teams as required.
  • Provide solutions to multiple stakeholders on ad-hoc and regular queries.
  • Establish strong relationships between team members and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance business efficiency and standardize procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks through transformation projects.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of work experience in finance controllership or consolidations, with expertise in intercompany accounting.
  • Thorough understanding of consolidations accounting principles and procedures.
  • Experience handling inter company accounting, ledger reviews, and reconciliations is highly valued.
  • Month end close experience is mandatory.
  • Transformation project experience is an added advantage.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and handle multiple stakeholders from different regions.
  • End-to-end process knowledge of intercompany processes is essential.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in multiple ERP systems (SAP & QAD).
  • Knowledge of Consolidation Platform Experience (Oracle FCCS) is desirable.
  • Excellent Excel skills are required.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build successful relationships across the organization.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing business needs.
  • Ability to multitask and delegate effectively.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
