Business Performance Specialist

Organizations seeking a strategic Business Performance Specialist to drive data-driven decision making and process improvements are ideal candidates for this role.

The selected candidate will be responsible for analyzing business needs, gathering requirements, and developing effective solutions to meet organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations to support management's decision-making process.
  • Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and process improvements to optimize business operations.
  • Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure requirements are met and deliverables are completed on time.
  • Prepare and present business cases, workflow diagrams, use cases, and user stories to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, MS Visio, JIRA, or Confluence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies, with experience in domains such as Finance, Healthcare, Retail, or IT services preferred.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with SQL and data analysis tools.
  • Certification in CBAP/CCBA/Agile BA (optional but desirable).

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and knowledge of Agile or Waterfall methodologies. Experience in domains such as Finance, Healthcare, Retail, or IT services is preferred.
