We are seeking an accomplished business leader to join our team at Marsh India Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd in Mumbai.
Job Description:This role will be based on managing and retaining large accounts. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through cross-selling products with existing clients, proficiency in claims advocacy and servicing, understanding of different insurers and their strengths and weaknesses.
- Identify key decision-makers, clients or prospects' risks needs and determine the services, products, and combinations that will best serve and address the client/prospect's issues and objectives.
- Perform gap analysis of existing policies, suggest better terms and negotiate with markets.
- Develop and maintain effective networks within the business community and industry.
You will also be responsible for visiting insurance companies regularly to ensure continuous engagement with different stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Ability to manage and build relationships with internal and external customers, insurance partners and servicing vendors.
- Domain knowledge preferred.
- MBA degree
- Technical knowledge - MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook
- 10-15 years of corporate relationship management experience from a service background.
- Ability to manage diverse client cultures of Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation and PSU clients.
- Experience in Insurance Companies/Insurance Broking company,
- Proven track record of success in sales roles with a focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding targets
- Deep understanding of Employer market segment and their unique demands and purchasing style.
- Proven ability to establish relationships and work collaboratively with teams at all levels to effectively close business.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies in a competitive market environment.
- Interest and aptitude in keeping abreast of latest developments in Health And Benefits Space.
- Results-Oriented with a strong sense of accountability and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
